  • After you select which activities and events you would like to do most, BD&M will put together a finalized itinerary with pricing, start and end times, as well as what travel will be needed from one place to the next.

  • Once you have done all the booking, BD&M will create a create a custom Digital Itinerary personalized for you and your weekend.

Gold ($2,000):

  • BD&M puts together briefing of 4 potential locations for you to host your party.

  • Once you decide on a location, we will pull together a list of different activities, restaurants, and stays based on both your preferences and budget.

  • After you select which activities and events you would like to do most, BD&M will put together a finalized itinerary with pricing, start and end times, as well as what travel will be needed from one place to the next.

Platinum ($2,500):

  • After you select which activities and events you would like to do most, BD&M will put together a finalized itinerary with pricing, start and end times, as well as what travel will be needed from one place to the next.

  • BD&M will book and manage all reservations to ensure everything runs smoothly as well as create a custom Digital Itinerary personalized for you and your weekend.

  • Next comes the decor! BD&M will put together 3 decor mood boards inclusive of pricing for you to decide which works best.

  • If it makes the most sense with your budget for you to setup all decor, we’ll make sure to send along specific detailed instructions. If you have the budget to hire a team to do the setup, we’ll help you find the perfect one!

Add Ons:

  • Grocery Shopping & Delivery ($150): BD&M will assist in putting together the perfect grocery shopping list to make sure all food allergies, preferences, and meals you plan to have at home are covered. In addition, the team will make sure that everything is waiting at your doorstep when you check in.

  • Content Creator (Starting at $2,000): Have a member of the BD&M Team who specializes in content creation come along for the weekend and make sure you get all of your viral moments captured on film.

  • On Site Assistance (Starting at $2,500): Member of the BD&M team will arrive on site prior to your event, setup all decor, and assist all weekend with transportation, clean up, and anything else you may need!

  • Gift Baskets (Starting at $250): Make sure each guest is greeted with a custom gift basket custom curated by the BD&M Team. We will help to make sure you stay within budget while also allowing for you to add a personal touch that your guests will be sure to remember.

  • Personalized Weekend Website (Starting at $500): Custom built website for only you and your guests to access. This will include look books for each event, links to each activity and restaurant you plan to visit, as well as an estimated budget breakdown for each guest to access.

  • Decor Setup & Cleanup (Starting at $1,500): A member of the BD&M Team to come on site and assist in both the setup and break down of decor. Making sure that you can sit back and enjoy without any of the work.
